Our youth and children at Bethel UMC Columbia are involved in various outreach projects and missions throughout the year. Missions include:
- Collecting, raising and sending funds to the United Methodist Children’s Ministry and the South Carolina Youth Service Fund
- Collect school supplies for the Cooperative Ministry
- Food drives for Harvest Hope Food Bank
- Homeworks
- Souper Bowl campaign against hunger each winter
- Salkehatchie Summer Work Camps
- Quarterly visits to retirement communities and to homebound members of Bethel
